Heat map does not allow me to take photo. It doesn't even ask for storage or camera permissions, and that option is not present in the app info page. Only permission it asks for is "location." So, when i click "take photo," it just goes back to the grid. Nothing happens. Otherwise, it's full of useful and effective tools. But the heat map function is what would really set it apart.

Mainly using it to assess Wi-Fi signal interference around me and see what channel might be better - so far it's worked pretty well. I'm not sure why they removed the channel recommendation for existing AP? 99% of the time I'm looking at my existing router. Would be nice if you could save a record of some current data points for comparison purposes next time you scan.

Does not work when location services are disabled. I don't think that's the developer's fault, as it is just one of Google's coercive strategies to force everybody to support their location services. Introduced with Android 6 it was first designated a "bug", to be fixed soon, but here we are Android 10 and it's still there. NO WiFi related app will work anymore without location services enabled. It also perfectly matches surveillance, tracing and tracking purposes. We need to push back on this!

Thanks for review. As you write, its not my fault, so I don't really know why you gave my that poor rating. To be consistent you would have to give that rating to all wifi analyzer apps.
